To serve those customers who do not stay in our neighbourhood, or who do not stay in Singapore, we start this new service:  Trade-By-Post. 

Customers can browse our web, select items, make payment, and we will send out their purchase by register post.  On the other way, customers can also trade-in old games, or sell-back and enjoy our high buy back price,  without coming down personally. 

Here is how it works:
 

Purchase From SilveryNote:

1.  Browse the web and choose the games/consoles you want to buy;

2.  Send an email to us at silverynote@yahoo.com.sg, please include the following information in the email:

a.  Items to purchase
b.  Your name, mailing address, mode of payment (see the following Payment section), shipping option (normal post or register post).

3.  We will reply your email within 24 hours, with confirmation of the purchase item, total price, shipping option, mailing address, and payment instruction.

4.  Customer makes payment at confirmed price.

5.  We will send out the item within 1 day after payment is received.

(For brand new games, we will send them out in original seal package, and customers can be assured of its quality.  For used games, we test every game before put it up for sell.  We seldomly receive any complain regarding disk quality.  However, should you have any problem with game bought from us, please contact us within 3 days from receiving the game.  We can arrange exchange/refund for you.)

Trade-in your games to SilveryNote:

1.  Send an email to us at silverynote@yahoo.com.sg, please include the following information in the email:

a.  Your name
b.  Game titles and platform (such as xbox360, PS2, ...)
c.  Game disk condition
d.  Mode of shipping (normal post or register post).

2.  We will reply your email within 24 hours, with trade-in price for each item, total trade-in value, mode of shipment and mode of payment. 

( The trade-in prices in this email are given according to game disk condition that the customers told us.  If the actual condition is grossly different from what's told in the email, we reserve the right of changing the take in price, or refuse to take certain items.  Items that're refused will be sent back to its owner.)

3.  Send the items out with agreed mode of shipment (normal post or register post) and inform us by email.

4.  After we receive the item, we will credit the total amount into your account.  You can use this store credit to buy other items next time.

5.  If you want to trade-in your old games, and want to buy some new games, please indicate that in your email.  We will wait for your package to arrive first, and then you can make payment of the outstanding amount, and we will then send your purchased items to you.

Sell Back Your Game To SilveryNote

If customer has any game from SilveryNote with buy back guarantee, he can sell it back by sending it to us via postal service.

1.  Email us at silverynote@yahoo.com.sg, with following information:

a.  Game Title, Platform, Date of purchase, Purchased price;
b.  Game disk condition;
c.  Mode of Shipping (normal mail or register mail)
d.  Mode to receive payment

2.  We will reply you within 24hr to confirm the take back price, and shipping details.

3.  Send out the item, make sure you include the original buy back card that we gave with each game, email or SMS to inform us.

4.  After we receive the item, we will make payment in agreed method. 

(Note:  we expect you sell back the game in the same disk condition as it was bought.  If the condition deteriorates, the buy back price might be adjusted down from the stated percentage.)
